This pregnancy is the most challenging one yet for one very key thing. Whenever I sneeze or laugh hard out comes the pee. I feel like I have no control over my bladder. I used to have a bladder of steel and now not so much. I have been doing my kegels but still the pee comes. The crazy thing is I never wake up in the middle of the night to pee like many pregnant ladies do. I feel like I might need to invest in some adult diapers to get me through the rest of the pregnancy. There is nothing worse that being away from home and sneezing and then realizing oh no!!!! I hope that the bladder issues don't continue past the pregnancy but you never know.
