There were a lot of really crazy potential names for the blog, but finally a decision was made Learning to Pee With The Door Open. I love my kids and wanted to share my experiences with them. I am by no means an expert and will never claim to be-but I am a mom who want to connect with others who may feel the way I do.
Nicole- I am a mommy to 2 boys, a 5 year old and a 23 month old, at times I feel like I could go insane. My mommy life is pretty busy and as much as I enjoy extracurriculars I don't really have a chance to indulge often. I enjoy theater, music, and being silly with the kids. My kids are high energy, love trains, enjoy play areas, and fun.
My Kids
My 7 year old is going to be starting 2nd Grade this fall. He loves games mainly Minecraft and Mario. He loves to draw and you can often find him with a pen and pad of paper creating something.
My 3 year old gets into everything and I mean everything. We are almost potty trained and I am so relieved. He loves dinosaurs and could watch Land Before Time all the time. He has a really sweet personality and loves hugs and kisses.
My baby girl is 8 months old and is such an amazing little girl. She has personality for days and has the whole family wrapped around her finger.
Why the blog is called Learning to Pee With The Door Open? I think most moms can relate. My kids can get into a lot of trouble in even a minute. My living room is right next to the bathroom and when I have to go to the bathroom to keep an eye on my kids I have to leave the door open. This is by no means a normal thing in my pre kid life, but it is a necessity in my mommy life and maybe even in yours too :)
